The Original Hot Yoga 26 & 2

For EVERY body, especially the broken body. This yoga series is all about healing injuries. Be prepared to build up the FIRE inside of your body, in a heated room at 40 degrees celsius and 40%  humidity. A challenging class designed to work every muscle, bone, ligament and internal organ. 

Vinyasa Hot Power Flow

Vinyasa Hot Power Flow is a high-energy, athletic practice designed to build strength, flexibility, and mental focus. Set in a heated room (typically 32°C–38°C), this class links conscious breath with vigorous movement to create a moving meditation that cleanses the body and calms the mind.

Hot Mat Pilates
 

Hot Mat Pilates uses only your body weight for a full-body challenge.

Intentional movement and a slow and controlled burn create deep activation for your core, glutes, arms, and legs.

The heat deepens flexibility while building endurance and muscular definition. Improving mobility, endurance, and mind-body connection.
